Sisimiut
Adventure Gateway with Arctic Charm
The second-largest town in Greenland, Sisimiut is known for its colorful houses and mountainous backdrop. It’s a year-round adventure hub offering dog sledding in winter and hiking or mountain biking in summer. The Sisimiut Museum offers insight into Inuit history and colonial life. It’s also the starting point for the Arctic Circle Trail to Kangerlussuaq.
