Ninety Mile Beach
Endless Ocean Views
Ninety Mile Beach, located on the western coast of New Zealand’s Northland, is a vast stretch of golden sand that seems to go on forever. Spanning approximately 88 kilometers (despite its name), the beach is famous for its dramatic dunes, sweeping ocean views, and unique recreational opportunities.
Visitors can explore the beach by four-wheel-drive vehicle, try sandboarding on the towering dunes at Te Paki, or enjoy fishing and surfing along the shoreline. The beach also holds cultural significance to the Māori people and is part of the Te Araroa Trail. Known for its sunsets and sense of freedom, Ninety Mile Beach is a must-see destination for adventure and serenity.
